Injection Mould Tool Design
Over the years we have worked on numerous projects in many different manufacturing sectors, ranging from Medical to Automotive to Toys for many Blue chip companies including Siemens, Motorola, Nokia and Hasbro to name a few. All Designs are completed in full solid 3D, each tool design is passed to our customer in 3D step and 2D PDF/DXF files. This gives our customers the advantage of being able to use the 3D models we have created in the tool design to manufacture their electrode and inserts with the minimium of 3D design allowing fast programming of cutter paths. With the ever increasing demand for the improvements of components and trying to reduce assembly procedures more components are being moulded as multi-shot 2 or more plastics.
